It's time to schedule for the 2015-16 school year. Please carefully review the course offerings in the 2015-2016 Course of Study Guide to make appropriate course selections. All students will meet with their counselor during the months of January, February and March to complete their schedule for the entire school year next year.

The Walker Career Center Culinary Arts Program has been named to the 2014-2015 Elite 50, as voted by the National Center for Hospitality Studies at Sullivan University located in Louisville, Kentucky. The Elite 50 list is comprised of high schools and tech centers that excel in the areas of culinary arts, baking and pastry arts and/or hospitality management. Criteria for awarded programs includes performance during state and national contests such as ProStart, SkillsUSA and Family Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA), strong hospitality enrollment and influence in the community. The Walker Career Center is extremely proud of the Chef Carol Rice and the outstanding students in the Culinary Arts Program. It is truly ELITE!
